Terms of Service
01Purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the cyber mall and the user in using the internet-related services provided by O&O DESIGN INC. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Mall').
02Definitions
1. 'Mall' refers to a virtual business place set up by O&O DESIGN INC. to trade goods or services using computers and information communication facilities.
2. 'User' refers to members and non-members who access the 'Mall' and receive services provided by the 'Mall' in accordance with these Terms.
03Provision and Change of Services
The 'Mall' performs the following tasks: providing information on goods or services and concluding purchase contracts, delivering goods or services for which purchase contracts have been concluded, and other tasks specified by the 'Mall'.
In the event that goods vary or authorized technical specifications change, the 'Mall' may change the details of the goods or services to be provided by future contracts.
04Purchase Application
Users apply for purchase on the 'Mall' by the following or similar methods, and the 'Mall' must provide the following information clearly to the user during the application process: searching and selecting goods, entering name, address, phone number, email, etc., agreeing to the terms.
05Shipping and Delivery
Furniture Delivery: Due to the nature of furniture, products are delivered via freight shipping. Delivery times may vary by region (typically 7-14 business days).
Shipping costs for furniture are calculated based on size and destination. Additional charges may apply for islands or mountains.
06Return and Refund
The 'Mall' shall promptly notify the user if the goods requested for purchase cannot be delivered or provided due to being sold out, etc. If payment for the goods has already been received, the 'Mall' shall refund or take necessary measures for refund within 3 business days from the date of receipt of payment.
Return Costs: If the return is due to simple change of mind, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. Given the nature of furniture, these costs can be significant. If the product is defective, we will bear the shipping costs.
07Copyright and Restrictions
The copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by the 'Mall' belong to the 'Mall'. Users must not use information obtained by using the 'Mall' for commercial purposes by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, etc., without prior consent.
08Dispute Resolution
The 'Mall' operates a compensation handling organization to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for damages. The 'Mall' treats complaints and opinions submitted by users with priority.
