• Seoul & Metropolitan Area: 3 - 7 business days from order confirmation (scheduled via happy call)
• Regional & Other Cities: 7 - 14 business days (sequential delivery according to regional route schedules)
• Custom / Made-to-Order Pieces: 3 - 4 weeks depending on production craft specifications (individually notified)

O&O DESIGN INC. furniture pieces are heavy, high-end artisan craftworks that require specialized 2-person direct freight transport, unboxing, and in-room assembly/installation (paid freight service). Delivery fees are calculated based on item category/dimensions and delivery destination.

• Payment Method: Specialized freight delivery fee is paid on-site directly to the delivery team (cash on delivery or bank transfer), or guided during the pre-delivery consultation call.
• Jeju & Island Regions: Special maritime freight charges apply and must be consulted with customer support prior to order fulfillment.
• Ladder Truck / Special Hoisting: If elevator access is unavailable or interior entryway is too narrow, ladder truck costs are the customer's responsibility.

1. Order & Quality Verification: Order details are verified and stored pieces undergo careful surface & structural check (1 business day).
2. Pre-Delivery Happy Call: Our logistics coordinator contacts you to confirm the delivery date, entry path, and elevator accessibility (1-2 business days).
3. Logistics Departure: Items are securely loaded onto dedicated furniture transport vehicles with shock-absorbent cushioning.
4. White-Glove Delivery & Installation: Professional installation teams place, assemble, level the furniture, and dispose of all packaging materials.
