01Return Policy

At O&O DESIGN INC., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your furniture, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it meets our return conditions.

02Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • No signs of use, assembly, or damage
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required

03Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Assembled furniture
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

04Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced item, you'll need to pay the difference. For lower-priced items, we'll issue a store credit for the difference.

05How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
  4. Schedule a pickup or arrange return shipping
  5. Once received and inspected, refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days

06Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we cover all return shipping costs
  • For returns due to change of mind, customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs vary based on item size and location

07Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

08Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
