How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Express delivery (2-3 days) is available for an additional fee. Custom orders typically take 4-6 weeks.

Do you offer assembly service?

Yes, we offer professional assembly service for an additional fee. You can select this option during checkout. Our team will assemble your furniture and remove all packaging materials.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.

What is your warranty policy?

All furniture comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended warranty options are available for purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.
